Our pizza dough is unique to Gallio, made from a mix of ancient grains so it delivers not only a better taste, but a whole host of nutritional benefits – high in protein and antioxidants. Our menu is filled with flavour-packed, fresh and colourful dishes inspired by the Mediterranean, from lunch and into the evening. Breakfast and brunch coming soon.
