Join Gallio’s popular pizza-making classes for adults and kids, where our skilled team teaches you to craft the perfect pizza using our signature ancient grain dough. Classes are held daily at 3 pm, except Thursdays, with additional 11:30 am sessions on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Advance booking is required, and if your desired date isn’t available on OpenTable, please select from the next available dates. Note that guests cannot access the pizza counter or kitchen, and gluten-free options are unavailable.
