No problem! Simply open your confirmation email from OpenTable and look for the “Modify” or “Cancel” button. If you can’t find the email, try searching for “Your booking confirmation for Gallio”.

We will hold your table for up to 15 minutes, so please make every effort to arrive on time. No need to contact us if you’re running a little late – your table will still be reserved for you. However, if you are running more than 15 minutes late, we may have to give your table to guests on the waiting list.
If you know you’re going to be later than 15 minutes, please give us a call at 020 3006 5650. We’ll do our best to accommodate you when you arrive!

For £35 per person, you can enjoy 90 minutes of unlimited drinks, including Prosecco & Beer. We have a cocktail upgrade for £8 per person which includes Sangria & Aperol Spritz, with bottomless delicious Mediterranean-inspired food.
We have a zero-proof / non-alcoholic drinks version for £30 per person.

Our pizza-making classes are £30 per person and £15 for under 12-year-olds. The class includes welcome nibbles, a 60-minute class of up to 8 people and to enjoy the pizza you make at the end. If you’ve received a voucher from us and unable to open it, it could be because of your internet connection or because you need to be in our restaurant on our WIFI to download it.
Our voucher extension policy stipulates that extensions are subject to certain conditions. To extend a voucher nearing expiry, we require a minimum notice period of two weeks prior to the expiry date. Extensions can be granted for a duration of up to three months. However, please note that an administrative fee of £10 per voucher is applicable for the extension process.
Please be aware that once a voucher has expired, it cannot be further extended, and regrettably, we do not facilitate refunds for expired vouchers.
We are available for takeaway and delivery on Deliveroo, JustEats and UberEats. We deliver to Canary Wharf, Wapping, St Katherine’s Docks, Poplar, White Chapel, Mile End, Bethnal Green, Canning Town, Silvertown & Shadwell.

Yes, we are dog friendly. We accept well-behaved dogs of all sizes.
We are open Monday to Sunday 11.30am-10pm and until 10.30pm on Fridays & Saturdays
Yes we are Wheelchair accessible. Canary Wharf have accessible lifts on all levels of the mall, they are a little tricky to find and not immediately visible, there are signs and Canary Wharf security are always around to direct you to the customer lifts.
