Gift Voucher Terms

Purchasing Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available to purchase through the Gallio website or from participating Gallio restaurants.

Gift vouchers may be purchased for a monetary value or as part of a specific experience where available.

Validity

Unless otherwise stated, gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

The expiry date will be shown on the voucher or accompanying confirmation email.

Expired vouchers cannot normally be extended, replaced or redeemed.

Redeeming Your Voucher

Gift vouchers can be redeemed at any participating Gallio restaurant unless otherwise stated.

Vouchers may be used towards:

• Food
• Drinks
• In-venue experiences
• Participating events

Subject to availability.

Reservations may be required for certain experiences.

Using Your Voucher

Gift vouchers:

• have no cash value
• cannot be exchanged for cash
• cannot be refunded after the applicable cooling-off period
• cannot be resold without Gallio’s written permission
• must be presented at the time of payment.

Unless otherwise stated, vouchers must be redeemed in a single transaction and no change or credit will be given for any unused balance.

Refunds

Gift voucher purchases may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase, provided the voucher has not been redeemed.

Once a voucher has been used, either in full or in part, it becomes non-refundable.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Vouchers

Please treat your voucher like cash.

Gallio cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorised use of gift vouchers.

Replacement vouchers may be issued at Gallio’s discretion where proof of purchase can be provided.

Promotional Vouchers & Offers

From time to time, Gallio may issue promotional vouchers, complimentary vouchers or exclusive offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

• promotional vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
• only one promotional voucher may be used per booking
• promotional vouchers cannot usually be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion
• promotional vouchers are subject to availability.

Additional terms may apply to individual promotions.

Exclusions

Unless specifically stated, gift vouchers and promotional vouchers cannot be used towards:

• Service charge
• Third-party ticketed events
• Private hire deposits
• Catering orders
• Online shop purchases

Gallio reserves the right to specify additional exclusions for individual promotions.

Fraud Prevention

Gallio reserves the right to refuse, cancel or invalidate any voucher where we reasonably believe it has been:

• copied
• altered
• obtained fraudulently
• used in breach of these terms.

Amendments

Gallio reserves the right to amend these Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions at any time where reasonably necessary.

Any updates will be published on this page.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing within these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gallio shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the purchase, use or inability to use a gift voucher.

Governing Law

These Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
